These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Songdrop (“the app”). By signing in and using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Songdrop lets you paste a list of songs, searches YouTube for matching videos, and creates a private playlist in your YouTube Music / YouTube account. It also saves a history of the playlists you create so you can export or restore them later. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
To use the app you sign in with your Google account and authorize the app to act on your behalf on YouTube. Your use of YouTube through the app is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's policies. You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for the song lists you paste and the playlists you create. You retain ownership of your content; you grant the app permission to process it solely to provide the service described above.
The app is provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Third-party API limits (such as YouTube's daily quota) may affect availability. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that song matches will always be correct or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your saved history from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
